George St. Georgiev offers four SEO services to UK businesses: technical SEO audits, AI search optimisation, local SEO, and WordPress and Astro website builds. Each one starts with a free consultation and ends with written deliverables you keep, whether I make the changes or your developer does.
Technical SEO audit
A technical SEO audit finds what stops Google and Bing from crawling, indexing and ranking your pages, then tells you exactly how to fix it. I crawl every URL in your sitemap and check the problems that cost rankings quietly: soft 404s, redirect chains, missing or conflicting canonicals, broken structured data, slow pages and content that only loads after a click.
What you get
- A written report with every issue, its evidence and its severity
- A step-by-step fixes guide with the exact code, setting or redirect for each issue
- A checklist you can tick off, ordered by impact
- A before-and-after snapshot of your key pages, so we can prove nothing broke after the changes
A technical SEO audit page with more detail is coming soon. See the Wooof case study for an example of technical work in practice.
AI search optimisation (GEO & AEO)
AI search optimisation helps ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews find, understand and cite your business. It covers entity data, answer-ready content, Bing indexing and measurement of AI mentions.

Local SEO
Local SEO gets a business in front of people searching nearby, in the Google map results and in “near me” searches. For UK businesses that means a complete Google Business Profile, the same name, address and phone details everywhere they appear, genuine reviews and location pages that say something specific about each area.
What you get
- A Google Business Profile review covering categories, services, photos and posts
- A citation check across the main UK directories, with a list of corrections
- A review plan that stays within UK consumer law: no fake or incentivised reviews
- Location or service-area pages planned so each one is distinct, not a copy with the town swapped
See the Pro Drillers BG case study for local SEO across a service area.
WordPress and Astro websites
A website build is the cheapest moment to get SEO right, and the most expensive one to get wrong. I build and rebuild sites on WordPress and on Astro (a fast static-site framework), with redirects, schema and page speed planned before launch rather than patched afterwards.
- New builds and redesigns with clean URLs and fast-loading pages
- Migrations with a full redirect map, so existing rankings move with the pages
- Speed and Core Web Vitals work on existing WordPress sites
Sector focus: mortgage brokers
Mortgage brokers need SEO that brings in enquiries without creating a compliance problem. I also advise on mortgages at an FCA-authorised firm, so I write and review broker content with the FCA’s financial promotion rules in mind.
How the services fit together
- Audit. Find what is broken and what is missing.
- Fix. Technical problems first, because they limit everything else.
- Content. Pages that answer what your customers actually search for.
- AI visibility. Make the business easy for AI engines to identify and cite.
- Measure. Rankings, enquiries and AI mentions, checked against the starting point.
What you get — at a glance
